ASHLEE COLEMAN, M.A., LPC, NCC
Ashlee is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler. Ashlee enjoys working with children, beginning at 2 years old, adolescents, and adults through a wide variety of concerns. She has varied and extensive training in providing trauma therapy to all ages through multiple certificate programs with Trauma Support Services of North Texas, EMDR, and working with children and adolescents with behavioral and emotional concerns. Using art, play, music, breath work, mindfulness, and other evidence-based treatments, Ashlee seeks to approach clients with cultural humility and believes in utilizing her clients' strengths in the journey toward healing, considering it a deep honor to be entrusted on her clients' paths to wellness. In addition to her work in the private practice setting, Ashlee is an Adjunct Instructor for The University of Texas at Tyler and enjoys providing continuing education opportunities to other counseling professionals.
Areas of specialty include identity development, self care, healing from a wide variety of traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, dissociation, behavioral concerns, parenting, and grief.
