Taylor Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Allison Cooper, LPC-S. She completed her graduate work at the University of Texas at Tyler in 2019. She is a 200-HR Registered Yoga Instructor, and she has taught yoga and mindfulness classes for over five years. She is a Certified Integrative Medicine Provider as well as trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills through Marsha Linehan. She uses an integrative approach to help clients overcome challenges and find healthy ways to cope with stress. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, perfectionism, self-worth, identity issues, boundaries, addictions, and life transitions. Taylor believes that the counseling room is a safe space for clients to feel heard so that they may discover the power of their own voice.
