Courtney is graduate student completing internship under the supervision of Allison Cooper, LPC-S. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2020 and is currently working on her Master’s in Counseling at Sam Houston State University with the goal of becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Courtney looks forward to working with adolescents and adults while providing a safe and supportive space for individuals during their growth and healing journey. She works from a Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approach valuing the therapeutic relationship and trust between client and counselor.

Courtney has experience working as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in a variety of settings and understands the importance of a sound body and mind to optimize daily living. She has training and volunteer experience with a university call center providing support to students and community members in times of emotional stress.
