Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, or the challenges of personal growth during life’s more difficult seasons? You may feel weighed down by the stress of everyday responsibilities, navigating complex relationships, or facing significant life transitions. Perhaps you’re grieving a loss that others don’t fully recognize—or you're experiencing anticipatory grief and anxiety about an impending change. These emotional burdens, whether subtle or profound, deserve to be met with compassion and understanding.

With a heart to serve both young and older adults, I bring together psychological insight, spiritual direction, and ethical care to walk alongside individuals navigating transitions across the lifespan. My approach is grounded in clinically informed, developmentally sensitive, and person-centered counseling. Whether you're wrestling with a growing sense of self, facing major life changes and transitions, or processing grief, my goal is to create a space where dignity, healing, and wholeness are central to your journey.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Counseling from LeTourneau University (2023) and a Certificate in Geropsychology from Grand Canyon University. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at LeTourneau University, where I serve as a practicum student under the supervision of Alexis Combest.

Areas of Interest:
Grief and loss (including anticipatory grief, disenfranchised grief, and general bereavement), anxiety and stress-related concerns, relational dynamics, personal growth, and the cultivation of authentic personhood.
